Sustainable leadership qualities can be woven into the fabric or building blocks of the child.This Spanda Core Leadership programme lays the foundation for leaders of today and the future. It is not just about learning leadership skills, its about walking the talk and 'being' a leader. This programme helps you develop ways of being with them which would in turn develop and strengthen the child's own inherent qualities. Spanda's 'Building Leaders' is a core programme that is the foundation on which any other leadership skills can be built. This programme deals with: Building Self Esteem & Confidence Developing a sense of self Growing unique potential Moving beyond inner blocks Flowing with natural developmental processes Making decisions Problem solving Creative thinking Ability to face new challenges Communicating effectively For whom: For Parents & Educators who play a key role in building leaders. They have the influence to promote or impede leadership qualities. This programme will help parents and educators to be the catalysts to building leadership qualities in their children. For adolescents and young adults who would like a greater awareness of themselves and be guided to reaching their full potential. The programme for parents & educators and the programme for adolescents and young adults are run separately. |
